Garlic Bread
Super easy and delicious garlic bread. Perfect side dish for almost any meal. Easy to cook on the BBQ, but can also cook in the oven. Use the bread from Whole Wheat (Fake) Sourdough

Method
- Preheat BBQ to high or preheat oven to 400℉.
- Slide bread in half, then cut each side in slides. Reassemble into a loaf.
- In a small bowl, add all the ingredients and mix until combined. Using a spoon or knife, spread the garlic butter over each aide of the bread loaf. As you are doing this, try to out the bread back together – its a bit like doing a puzzle.
- Wrap the bread in tinfoil.
BBQ
- Place the bread directly on the rack. Turn every 2 minutes for about 10-12 minutes, or until the bread is frequent and heated throughout.
- Take the bread off the BBQ and remove the tin foil. Using tongs, place each bread slice on the BBQ rack so it can crisp up. Grill each side of the bread for 1 minute, then flip.
- Remove bread and place in a bowl and serve!
Oven
- Place bread on a baking sheet in the oven. Back for 20-30 minutes, flipping once. The loaf is ready when the bread is heated throughout and the butter has melted.
- Remove from oven and serve.
To make a crisper oven loaf: after the load has cooked, remove the tinfoil and place garlic bread on the backing sheet and put back in the oven for 5-10 minutes to crisp up.
